Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or washing.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
